I had to replace my old forced air gas furnace. Guardian's project manager Dave was great, he listened to my concerns and helped pick a new furnace with heat exchanger and air conditioning system. This review is almost 2 years late! But I figure better late than never, and I have 2 years of data to back my review. We have radiant floor heating and were warned when we bought our house that it could be challenging to find people who know how to work with it. They were right, as we discovered when our obsolete hybrid boiler/tank needed replacing. One company ghosted me. When I called Guardian, Alen and Peter came and looked at our heating system. They identified what they thought needed to be done, but admitted that our system was a bit unique & complicated. So they called in the boss Jasper, who took a look, knew exactly what he was seeing, confident in what needed to be done (confirming what Alen and Peter had told us). I was impressed! It took Josh/Chris? and him team 3 long days to do the work, and the result was complicated work of art. After installation, there was a part-compatibility issue that needed addressed, which was taken care of. And over a year later, we realized that one of our eight heating zones wasn't working properly. Taso visited a few times to fix that. The project and boiler were not cheap. Honestly, we were in shock when given the estimate. But it was at the peak of the supply-chain issue; and the work was, as noted, very complicated; and the boiler is very modern and super-efficient. It was all worth it. Guardian was always very accessible and responsive, and never hid or made excuses when a few fixes were needed. And having confidence that Guardian knows what they're doing, do great work, and stand behind their work, means everything. 3/1/2024: Update: I have Guardian’s maintenance plan, which covers an annual checkup. Sergio and Burt were super friendly and professional, did an inspection, replaced a broken gasket, and cleaned the system. Much appreciated!
