I have used Guardian Heating for over 15 years. And my original Rheem furnaces(zoned heat) are still running! I use their maintenance contracts to get reminders, advance scheduling and discounts on annual furnace and A/C checkups/cleaning. They are always quick to respond to a service request. I highly recommend them.
