Jasper Pitrello was extremely professional, patient, and helpful for us with the installation of a new mini split AC system. We used Guardian to come and take a look at our system after we had a slight leak from the vent in our bathroom.Nelson came much earlier than expected (which was great), and was diligent and through with his assessment of our unit. He carefully explained the issues and how we should approach fixing and monitoring our system and I felt confident about our situation after he left.I would certainly use Guardian again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to a friend.

We are very pleased with Sergio's great customer service, knowledgeable, and professional service he provided while fixing our heating furnace issue. He explained what the problem was and what our options were. He went out of his way to thoroughly checked his work before leaving to make sure that our furnace issue was resolved. We will definitely ask for Sergio again should we have any more problems in the future. Nowadays, its hard to find an honest person that cares about his work and his customer. Guardian came the same day I called to set up a repair appointment. Nelson, accompanied by apprentice JR, was professional and courteous. He explained the problem and the cause of the short cycling of my furnace, then discussed other services he thought I should be aware of, such as correcting the faulty installation of my hot water heater by a previous contractor. He also encouraged me to have Guardian do an annual inspection of by heating/cool systems. I was pleased with the service and the cost------just by basic service call price of $89!

I have been a very happy customer of Guardian for years, after having difficult service with larger companies where the technicians circle in and out. What I appreciate the most from the Guardian team is how much they genuinely care about ensuring that we feel safe and secure in our home, as well as educated about our systems so we can ensure preventative maintenance. Today, I had an emergency with a gas leak. Within hours, Nelson was at our home, diagnosing the problem and ensuring resolution. He made sure that the system was running properly rather than just doing a quick fix and running out the door. He helped me feel reassured with the resolution. I have the protection plan for my boiler and part of that is an annual regular preventive maintenance service check. Fortunately, a staff member, Meghan, contacted me to renew my plan subscription and schedule an appointment. Service technician Nelson, along with trainee Ray, were assigned to my home. They both were professional and courteous. The PM check was thorough and efficient. They answered my questions and confirmed my system was working properly. I appreciate their professionalism and work ethic. I would request either of them for future service calls to my home. Overall, I'm pleased with Guardian Heating and would recommend their service.
