I called Guardian Heating & Cooling because my Nest had lost power and my furnace wouldn't turn on. Sergio arrived within 1hr and quickly diagnosed & addressed the issue. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process; I will definitely be working with Guardian again.
When our heat went out during a particularly cold winter night, Guardian was very responsive in getting our furnace repaired same day. We were able to credit our repair expenses towards a new furnace to replace our aging system - great!Rory and Akeem did a great job installing our new furnace. They had great attention to detail and took the time to do the job right. We am very satisfied with the install.Everyone we interacted with from Guardian was polite and courteous. We would recommend them and plan to use them in the future!
I just had a great service call on my boiler with Tyler from Guardian Heating. He was extremely thorough and professional, and he took extra time to answer my questions about my system and the possible addition of a smart thermostat. I’m happy to be with such a responsive and caring company after having some unpleasant experiences with a previous heating maintenance company. I contacted Guardian a year ago for a second opinion (based on a referral from another satisfied customer), and ultimately I needed a whole new boiler system and rerouting of some of the piping. They had the new equipment installed within a couple days of the diagnosis, and the installation techs and Jasper, my sales advisor, were wonderful every step of the way. I look forward to working with Guardian for many years to come!
Guardian is very reliable and provides wonderful customer service. Sergio was recently at our home to manage a humidifier and heating issue. He was prompt and respectful. He was in a mask and immediately put booties on. He was careful in our home. He assessed the issue and communicated clearly is plan for fixing it. He was efficient and very clean.
