This was a small commercial job for a nursing home in Chicago. We removed 2 boilers that were over 50 years old, inefficient and obsolete. We replaced them with 2 modulating condensing high efficiency IBC boilers. Their ROI should pay for the job in 2 to 3 years.

Guardian Heating & Cooling Service did an excellent job installing our heat pump and furnace. The installation was done by Jose and Raymundo, and they were thorough in installing important components that other major installers will skip to save time, like surge protectors, draining lines for the in-take pipe and leak detectors. They were very friendly and answered all questions. Our sale was done by Jonathan, and he was very friendly too and prompt in replying to all questions. I had questions on the efficiency of the units, and he was diligent in finding all answers and making sure I was satisfied. Through this process and receiving quotes and estimates from the many companies in Chicago, I've learned that all top-reviewed companies are not the same. Guardian was far and away the most knowledgeable and thorough in doing a complete and quality installation. I'm confident my furnace and heat pump will last a long time (with routine care).

Well, I initially called about my AC unit that died. It was repaired and cleaned by Peter. I now realize why the cleaning of my AC unit was so inexpensive. Peter had that unit look close to brand new. At this time I found out the unit was 22 years old and the furnace was not far behind. I thought that due to the age of units I should pursue quotes on replacements. I met with Jonathan who provided me with proposals. I met the owner who added on some additional components that he thought would benefit my home. The end quote I thought was fair and reasonable. The new units were installed the following week. The crew that installed the equipment were extremely professional. I could tell they took great pride in their work. Their work was immaculate. I have seen installations of other type of equipment. Primarily in the world of telecommunications and I have never seen a cleaner installation. You all should be proud. If you couldn't tell, I highly recommend Guardian.

These guys are fantastic! The comfort specialist explained all my options and even let me know my A/C didn’t actually need to be replaced, something a competitor neglected to mention. The installation tech was a true expert who answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working right before he left, even though my old building had a couple of surprises for him.
