The installation was done by Jose and Raymundo, and they were thorough in installing important components that other major installers will skip to save time, like surge protectors, draining lines for the in-take pipe and leak detectors. They were very friendly and answered all questions. Our sale was done by Jonathan, and he was very friendly too and prompt in replying to all questions. I had questions on the efficiency of the units, and he was diligent in finding all answers and making sure I was satisfied. Well, I initially called about my AC unit that died. It was repaired and cleaned by Peter. I now realize why the cleaning of my AC unit was so inexpensive. Peter had that unit look close to brand new. At this time I found out the unit was 22 years old and the furnace was not far behind. I thought that due to the age of units I should pursue quotes on replacements. I met with Jonathan who provided me with proposals. I met the owner who added on some additional components that he thought would benefit my home. The end quote I thought was fair and reasonable. The new units were installed the following week. The crew that installed the equipment were extremely professional. I could tell they took great pride in their work. Their work was immaculate. I have seen installations of other type of equipment.
