I've used this company twice already and both times have been great! Last night, our A/C was not cooling our 3,000 sq ft house and with a toddler in the mix, we needed to get this fixed fast! With that being said, I called the next morning and they were able to be accomodating to my request of coming over to fix it. Less than an hour later, they called to mentioned they'll be over that day! Lisandro came over and figured out what the issue was a knocked it out in less than hour. Ironically enough, I had an A/C tune up scheduled for the follow day. So he was able to take care of that as well. Guardian Heating and Cooling has been my heating and air conditioning contractor ever since I moved into my Chicago home 25 years ago.  I have replaced/upgraded my furnace and air conditioner over the years, and, at the same time, followed regular seasonal maintenance on my units.  All systems are good and running well, but my concern for my ever-increasing gas bills prompted a request to have Guardian come to my home and consult, evaluate, and advise me on possibly improving the efficiency of my home heating and cooling systems.  Jasper and Jonathan arrived promptly, introduced themselves, and first, asked me about my concerns.  After a thorough walk-through and accompanying explanations of possibilities, they advised me on how to improve the comfort levels, both heating and air conditioning.  They explained everything clearly and completely, and there was never any pressure to change and/or update and then spend, spend, spend.  They gave me honest advice which I understood and appreciated, and which ultimately did improve the comfort levels in my home for both heating and air conditioning.  Jasper and Jonathan, thank you again.  I am one happy Guardian Heating and Cooling customer!
